Leading the Witness …

NBC’s Ann Curry did her best to frame things in favorable light for the Obama administration, practically putting words in the mouth of Libyan President Megarif. The only problem was, he refused to cooperate.

If this had been a court of law, rather than an interview, with Ms. Curry as the attorney interrogating witness  Megarif, the opposing attorney would have objected: “leading the witness!”
