Making The Constitution Irrelevant
In yet another assault on the separation of powers, the Obama administration is looking for ways to circumvent Congress again. The USCIS is conducting in-depth discussions on extending “benefits and/or protections” to illegal aliens by “exercising discretion with regard to parole-in-place, deferred action and the issuance of Notices to Appear”.
