It’s the Economy, Smarty-Pants
President Obama has invented a phony war on women, evolved on gay marriage, makes press statements about Trevon Martin, gives the highest civilian award to a Hispanic open-borders activist, and his wife wants to put the country on a diet. In magic, they call this misdirection. Get the audience attention drawn somewhere other than where the real action occurs. Read the rest of this entry »

Why is the Economy so Bad?
Why is this recovery so tepid? Recessions should end with a spurt of growth; the more severe the recession, the more robust the recovery. President Obama is fond of saying this has been the worst recession since the great depression. At least officially, the Great Recession ended in June of 2009, so by this time we should be rocketing to parts unknown with jobs and opportunity for all. Read the rest of this entry »

Putting the Cart Before the Horse
The Obama regime has a perverse view of the relationship between government and Americans. This country was founded on the principle of consent of the governed. The people are the boss, not the government. Yet this administration acts and speaks as if we are here to service the government. They believe they have a divine right to harvest whatever they deem necessary to feed their rapaciousness machine. Read the rest of this entry »

Divider in Chief
Divisiveness cannot stop until every single congressional seat is sealed. If they break us into tiny camps, we won’t be able to marshal enough forces to win in November. So, to insure victory, the president’s men are expanding their friends and enemies list. The following is the proverbial tip of the iceberg. The Nightmare that is ObamaCare
Rube Goldberg’s cartoons illustrated overly complex ways to do simple tasks. He could have been a congressman. There are nearly half a million words in the bill itself, and government agencies have already issued over a million words of enacting regulations. And this is only a small fraction of ObamaCare’s 700+ directives to develop and issue regulations. Be prepared for chaos. Read the rest of this entry »

Paste it to The Pump
Here's an idea. Print off a few copies of this image from thepeoplescube.com and put them in your car with a roll of tape. Next time you're filling up your tank (and emptying your wallet), surreptitiously tape one of these to the front of the pump. Read the rest of this entry »

Outrageous Fortune
Periodically, I get so busy working and trying to stay on top of what I need to do to fend for my family, that I forget that Obama and the American Left have declared war on me. I have to be reminded from time to time. Read the rest of this entry »

Obama Flexes His New Powers
Most Americans aren't paying attention, but they will pay the price. Government power is growing at an astronomical rate while may buy into the disclaimers. Trust us, we're here from the government and we're here to help. Instead of “Change We Can Believe In,†we got a stealth grab for vast new powers that make a travesty of our Constitution.
